These products are created in a celiac-friendly home kitchen that also handles milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, sesame, and shellfish. While wheat is present in certain areas of the house, strict separation and cleaning protocols are observed to help prevent cross-contamination with gluten. Ingredients may contain trace amounts of milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, and/or soy. The Confectwinery's oven is (and always has been) dedicated exclusively to gluten-free baking, though note that it regularly handles goods that contain milk, egg, soy, tree nuts, and peanuts. Our desserts are made in a home kitchen not inspected by the Vermont Department of Health.
